We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, PUPLAB offers a straightforward return process.

Return Window

You may return any unused, unopened item within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund.

Refund & Fees

Qualifying returns receive a full refund of the purchase price. There are no restocking fees applied to any return.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery.
2. Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return.
3. We will issue a prepaid return shipping label via email.
4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
5. Ship the item back using the provided label.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email upon completion.

Conditions

• Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
• Personalized or final sale items are not eligible for return. Please check product details before purchase.
• Return shipping costs are covered by PUPLAB for all standard returns within the policy.
