5. Shipping and Delivery

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
You may return most unused, unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, minus original shipping costs. Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive the returned item. Certain products (e.g., consumables, customized items) may be non-returnable as noted on the product page.
